I choose them because they give you immense control in designing the specifics of your labels, and most importantly they even can accommodate a 10 digit phone number formatted correctly/clearly on even their tiniest and thinnest labels. For example you can have (xxx) xxx-xxxx on all of your labels along with the a family name. Priceless. With other companies I have had to choose between having a name (and I want the full "Smith Family" spelled out), or just a phone number or worse, a phone number that looks impossible to understand like: xxx/xxxxxxx.
