  1. Lavar y secar la prenda sin usar suavizante.

The reason for 4 stars, is that I'd like to be able to customize the text so that I can have two or three rows of text with different size fonts. I'd like to have the name be big on the first line, and then have my email address smaller in the second line. Over 10 years I have never once received an email from Oliver's Labels saying that someone found my item, so I don't believe the "if found" feature works well for us. We have lost MANY things, and have never had them returned through OL. I'd like to be able to include my contact info on the label, but if I add it as my "last name" then the text is the top line is too small.”
