Oliver's Labels Account Credits ("Credits") are dollar value credits that can be applied towards the purchase price of qualifying orders from OliversLabels.com. With each new purchase from OliversLabels.com, your account will receive an additional credit of 5% of the purchase price which can be applied to future orders. You may also receive bonus credits through various promotions and giveaways from OliversLabels.com.

To apply Credits to your purchase:

• You must have a valid OliversLabels.com account and be logged into your account prior to checkout.
• Credits can only be applied to orders with a minimum value of $10 excluding shipping and taxes.
• You'll be prompted to apply any available Credits to your shopping cart before checkout.
• Credits must be applied to your order BEFORE checkout and payment.
• Credits CANNOT be applied to orders AFTER payment has been made. Any unused Credits will still be available for future purchases.
• You do not have to apply Credits to any purchase. You can save and collect Credits towards future purchases.
• Any new Credits resulting from an order will not be available for use until the order has been shipped.
• Cancellation of an order for any reason will also result in the cancellation of any Credit resulting from it.
• Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.
• Credits can be used towards product purchases only and cannot be applied to any shipping charges, taxes or other fees.
• $5.00 Introductory Credit Expires June 6^th 2021.

Oliver's Labels Account Credits Terms and Conditions

These Oliver's Labels Credit Terms and Conditions (these "Terms") are an agreement between you and OliversLabels.com and govern your use of any Oliver's Labels Credits ("Credits"). You must have a valid OliversLabels.com account to earn or redeem credits.

1. Credits can be applied towards the purchase price of products only and cannot be applied towards any shipping charges, taxes or other fees.
2. Credits can only be redeemed on the OliversLabels.com website or as otherwise directed by OliversLabels.com. Each Credit denominated value can only be used once and only by your OliversLabels.com account
3. You may not sell or otherwise transfer Credits. Credits can be applied using only your OliversLabels.com account towards your qualifying OliversLabels.com purchases.
4. Credits will be voided in the event of fraud, misuse, or violation of any terms of the Agreement or of these Terms, or if sold for cash or other consideration. In addition to any other legal relief available to us, you will reimburse us for the amount of any Credt you use in violation of these Terms.
5. By accepting or using Credits, you represent and warrant that your receipt and use of Credits is not prohibited or inconsistent with any applicatle labws, regulations, or binding orders (including applicable ethics or procurement rules) and will not create a conflict of interest for you OliversLabels.com contracting entity.
6. You may not issue any press release or make any other public disclosure regarding Credits without our prior written consent.
7. We may modify these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on the OliversLabels.com Site or by sending you an email using the email address provided in your account. The modified Terms will become effective upon posting or, if we notify you by email, as stated in the email message. By receiving or using Credits after the effective date of any modification to these Terms, you agree to be bound by the modified Terms.
